"Builder Grade" Update

PART 1

Tired of your “Builder Grade” Master Bath? . . . Perfect! Custom Touch Builders thrives on these renovations. CTB will be removing the huge outdated corner bath tub and install a free standing tub. The small fiberglass shower will be reconstructed for a larger custom fully tiled shower with “Niche”, heated granite seat and seamless glass doors. New tile floors will be installed with heating elements. To complete the look a new double sink vanity with sleek granite tops and all new lighting to showcase its beauty.

PART 2

The demo is completed and the new shower is framed out! Notice how the shower is now closer to the window allowing a more spacious shower area. CTB installed a rubber liner and concrete. The walls have been covered with RedGard for water proofing.

The tile installation has begun. CTB is using a porcelain sub-way tile for walls and a 2x2 porcelain tile for the base. A glass corner shelf has also been placed near the seat for convenience.

PART 3

Let's take a closer look at the tile work. Progression has been made and so has a decorative design. Glass accent tiles were used to coordinate with the neutral color scheme. Marble pencils are used to frame the border.

PART 4

Having cold feet about jumping into a bathroom renovation? You shouldn't and you won't with these heated floor elements! CTB has had great experience with the installation of these heating elements under the tiles. Clients rave about them! Keeps your feet nice and warm while walking around the bathroom. CTB also placed them under the granite seat in the shower, yup, I said it - heated seats in the shower!

PART 5

The floor is being tiled with a porcelain tile with the look and texture of barnwood. CTB has also installed the granite sills and seat. The granite is a Leathered Finish Brown Fantasy! The movement works so well with the wall tiles.

PART 6

Let's talk finishing touches. Modern shower sprays have been placed in the shower, recessed lighting in the ceiling as well as light fixtures over the new vanity. A gorgeous sleek free standing tub was installed and puts the "spa" in spacious! Opens the room right up instead of that boxy tub. All that is left is the granite installation on the vanity and seamless glass shower door. Check in next week to see the finished look!
