Custom Touch Builders is taking two bathrooms and combining the space to create one large custom bathroom. This post will be updated weekly with progression shots and descriptions. Stop by next week to see what's new!
PART 1
The image with the tub runs back to back with the standing shower. That wall is removed for the renovation to take place.
You can see in the image below where the wall has been taken down to create expansion.
Below the tub was completely removed and site cleared to begin updates. CTB built a large walk in shower with seat and niche and will be installing a jacuzzi tub with the design.
PART 2
A lot has happened in the past week. Custom Touch Builders has completed the dry wall installation, applied the Red Guard Waterproof coating, installed the lighting, Whirlpool Tub is set and the shower base has been tiled. CTB is now tiling the shower and bathroom walls as well as the floor.
PART 3
The tile is being installed around the whole bathroom. The red and white tools pictured are used for accuracy in creating the same distance from tile to tile.
A chair rail molding was used to finish the edge of the tile. CTB added a niche to the shower and bath tub area for convenient shampoo and soap storage that does not hinder the space.

PART 4
Having cold feet? Not with these heated bathroom floors! An efficient luxury to add during renovation. An underfloor heating system is the perfect solution for that extra warmth when stepping out of the shower. Tile and stone floors are ideal surfaces because they retain heat the most.
The overhead rain shower system has been installed as well as the toilet and vanity. Granite vanity top and glass shower door are next on the list.
PART 5
The vanity top has been placed with an under-mount sink creating a continuous flow from counter to sink. A new wood framed mirror and lighting fixture were hung above the vanity adding perfect length to the wall height. Check back with us soon for the final details!
PART 6
The final touches make this bathroom a complete knock out!
The sleek hardware finishes complete this look. From the unique light fixture above the tub area to the minimalistic glass shower wall, this bathroom leaves a lasting impression.
