PART 2
The demo is done and the new layout is awesome! All new drywall is up and Redgaurd has been placed in the shower for waterproofing. A niche is set in the wall for storage convenience. Tile flooring installation has started as well.
PART 3
Elongated subway tile is used for the shower walls, a modern twist on the traditional style. Lighting has been installed on the shower ceiling to light the space. The shower also has a seating area for a spa like feel.
PART 4
Progress! Tiling in the shower is near complete. Backsplash in the niche will mirror the floor hexagonal pattern.
Tiling is complete, dry and ready for grouting.
PART 5
White grout was used and gives the shower a bright refreshing lift. Painting has begun as well as floor installation. Granite has been ordered and will be installed shortly with glass share door.
PART 6
The floor is tiled with a porcelain plank tile complimenting the shades of the shower flooring.
PART 7
Floor is grouted and all new cabinets have been installed creating accommodating a custom vanity area and double sink.
PART 8
A beautiful fantasy brown granite has been installed on the sill, shower seat and counters. New light fixtures and hardware are in place. Ready for the final installation of the frameless glass shower door!
